Refund policy

At Life Gadget, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at admin@lifegadget.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged through misuse, or returned after the 14-day window, may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@lifegadget.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
